Ooey Gooey Goodness

Woke up bright and early to make up brunch for me and my man.  I was feeling some runny yolk and I just ran with it :)  Had some of these ingredients in my fridge already, and just had to pop out to the grocery store for some bread.  #foodporn



Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Open Sandwich Topped with Egg

Ingredients: 
Dill seasoned smoked salmon (so incredibly delicious!!)
Cream cheese 
Bread of your choosing (I used light rye) 
Eggs
Missing: some spring mix salad that I ended up throwing in 

2 tricks to keep your yolk runny: 1) PREHEAT your pan!!, and 2) use a good non-stick pan . Get it really hot before you crack your egg in so that the egg white cooks without really affecting the insides, and the non-stick pan will help ensure that you don't pop the yolk before you want to.  




A healthy and hearty way to kick off my Saturday :)
